| In the 80's , and more precisely in 1982, Eberhard , as they have still a certain amount of chronograph movements "vintage " , created a series of chronographs aesthetically similar to the chronographes that in the 30-50 years made famous the House of La- Chaux - De - Fonds . The collection of these chronographs was called " Replica " and embraces a number of references all characterized by the adoption of a case size of about 40 mm (only for a reference, as we shall see , is a case of choosing smaller with clear address to a female audience ) .
The material of the case is the 925 sterling silver , vermeil or silver or gold-plated , some references (very few ) have instead a gold case 18K .
As regards the movements , Eberhard mounted on this series everything at his disposal : the chrono hand to 2 or 3 counters had respectively 310-8 caliber and EP ( Excelsior Park ) 40 and were produced in limited series ( obviously no longer being produced their movements , and rather rare ) .
All these chronographs were characterized by beautiful enamel dials , unusual for our times.
Here is a list of references that I was able to recover ( in fact, the network of this series , apart from the usual specimens for sale , there is not much on the texts and virtually nothing ) :
